Anyone got a good tip to get fast energy besides caffeine? A Celsius works always but I drink it carefully.
Then I feel more and more out of shape, but it's totally my fault, eaten chocolate / crisps / natural candy almost every day the past week. I have regained my sugar cravings and I have to struggle to get it off and resist all when I buy food. To resist sugar cravings and change your eating habits when the urge comes up is the mosthardest things you must do if you want to lose weight. The training is fun and no problem for me, but the diet, pjuue it is not always easy! It was easy at first when I haven´t any cravings but now it's really difficult and I understand that many people have trouble losing weight. But everything is in your head and how strong you are mentally, how badly do you want it? It is the ghost in your heads that allows you to buy that chocolate in the store, you're thinking - but a little chocolate will not do anything to my body. That's right, but are you thinking so every time it will affect. So I thought that yesterday at the grocery store and came home with a snickers and milkyway, the same thing happened the other day :S But I have to grab these bogeys and think on the contrary, it will affect, it will be seen, and it slows down my results! So now I really just eat like that on Saturday, which is my cheatday!
When you are in a supermarket so focus focus, just walk past and think of something else, do not think that you shouldn´t eat it because then you want it more, think of things that make you not want to eat it. But it is not easy.
Vad väger du just nu? För jag kan säga att mitt sötsug är som bortblåst när jag ligger på typ 55-56 kg men kommer jag under 52 får jag väärldens sug.Antagligen beror det på att kroppen inte vill göra sig av med mer fett o därför blir det svårarre :/

Jag var in där i dag och provade en 70D, men tyckte den var så trång att få över huvudet...
