Amino acids
Jag visste verkligen ingenting om kosttillskott tidigare. Det enda jag visste om va proteinpulver, men knappt något jag tagit, har aldrig riktigt skött kosten vid träning tidigare. Visste inte ens att man skulle äta protein efter :P Nu förstår jag hur viktigt det är. Känns som träningen är meningslös om jag inte äter protein efter, iaf i muskelsyfte och hellre ingen träning än träning där musklerna bryts ner.
Så tänkte iaf förklara en sak vad det är och varför man tar det - aminosyror.
Aminosyror tar man under träning, men man kan även ta det andra gånger under dagen, men främst under träning.
Man dricker det för att musklerna inte ska brytas ner under träning, vilket gör att man orkar mer, man får bättre uthållighet och hjälper att uttöka muskeluppbyggnaden. Tränar man väldigt tungt eller långa pass kan jag rekommendera aminosyror, och jag har hittat en supergod smak! PEAR från fitnessguru. Har bara smakat den smaken men tänkte testa en annan nästa gång, har ni testat någon av de andra smakerna? Men Päron va väldigt gof iaf. Men de är väldigt söta så jag blandar ut med drygt 4 dl vatten istället. Här hittar ni de aminosyrorna som jag dricker
I really knew nothing about supplements before. The only thing I knew was protein powder, but hardly something I've taken, never managed the diet during training earlier. Did not even know you should eat protein after :P Now I understand how important it is. Feels like the workout is meaningless if I don´t eat protein after. I rather don´t workout than workout with no protein after, cause your muscles going to brake down.
So I thought I should explain one thing I always take during my workouts - amino acids.
You take Amino acids during training, but you can also take it at other times during the day, but especially during exercise.
You drink it because it helps your muscles from broke down during exercise, allowing you to achieve more, to get better endurance and helps to gain muscle building. If you train very hard or long workouts, I can recommend amino acids, and I have found a superyummi taste! PEAR from fitness guru. Having just tasted the flavor but thought to try a different next time, have you tried any of the other flavors? But Pears was very good anyway. But they are very sweet so I mix up with more than 4 dl of water instead. Here you will find the amino acids that I drink. But they don´t ship worldwide :/
