Casein with cream
Igår testade jag att ha nånting nytt i min kaseinpudding, lite vispad grädde. Blir sjukt gott, som en dessert. Tog bara lite, kanske en halv deciliter och vispade, sen 1dl kasein och fortsatte vispa med mjölk till önskad konsistens. In i frysen en stund och garnerade med lite kakao, kokos och solroskärnor, MUMS! -->Här hittar ni det kaseinpulvret som jag använder.
Yesterday I tried to have something new in my caseinfluff, a little whipped cream. It was really good, like a dessert. Took just a little cream, maybe a half deciliter, then 1 dl casein and continued whipping with milk till I had the perfect consistency. Into the freezer for a while and garnished with a little cocoa, coconut flakes and sunflower seeds, YUM! -> Here you will find the caseinpowder I use.
