So sore
Igår hade jag massa energi! Fick sova i hela 10 timmar och vi vaknade så sent som halv 10 på morgonen <3 Tror vi båda behövde det efter förra veckan.
Så jag hade massa energi igår och benpasset gick superbra. Ökade vikterna och körde dropset i benspark. Älskar när man är sådär skakig i benen :) Tänkte lägga upp gårdagens benpass senare idag, alltså exakt vilka övningar, reps och vilka vikter jag använder :)
Yesterday I had lot of energy! I have 10 hours sleep and we woke up as late as 9:30 in the morning <3 I think we both needed it after last week.
So I had a lot of energy yesterday and my leg workout went super. Increased weights and did dropset in one exercise called leg extension. Love the feeling I got after some workouts, when your muscles shaking like a leef :) Later today Im going to post my workout from yesterday, which exercises I did and which weight I use and so on.
